The state of New Hampshire put into place a range of programs including: the “Emergency Rental Assistance Program” to provide “assistance to eligible residents of New Hampshire who cannot pay their rent and utilities due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a “TEMPORARY [emphasis in original] increase . . . on the Cash Value Benefit for all women and children on the WIC [Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children] Program.”
