“To support eligible Togolese citizens in the informal sector whose daily income has been disrupted by the Coronavirus crisis, the Government of Togo has set up the ‘NOVISSI’ cash transfer scheme. NOVISSI provides monthly financial aid to the most vulnerable individuals and families throughout the duration of the state of health emergency.” Further, “[d]uring the state of health emergency in Togo, NOVISSI beneficiaries will receive cash transfers worth: 12 250 F CFA per month for women and 10 500 F CFA per month for men.”
