Human Rights Measure

In the context of COVID-19, a flu-clinic where “migrant workers . . .  will not be required to present a work permit or documentation” was established. This measure occurs in an environment in which “an overwhelming number of unskilled migrant workers” lack “documentation such as passports and work visas” and one in which “many migrant workers find it difficult to obtain healthcare.”
